Do you use artificial fragrances or colourants?
No. We fragrance our products using carefully selected pure essential oils and achieve their beautiful colours with botanicals, clays and other naturally derived ingredients. We avoid artificial fragrances and synthetic colourants.
Why does every soap look slightly different?
Every N.O.V.A soap is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in colour, shape and pattern are a natural part of the handmade process, making each bar unique while maintaining the same carefully balanced formulation.
How long does a N.O.V.A soap bar last?
With proper care, a N.O.V.A body soap bar typically lasts 1–3 months, depending on how frequently it is used and how well it is allowed to dry between uses.
Our shampoo bars typically last 2–4 months, and often even longer for those with shorter hair. Storing your bar on a well-draining soap dish will help maximise its lifespan.
How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap on a draining soap dish where air can circulate freely. Allowing it to dry completely between uses helps it remain firm and significantly extends its lifespan.
